I have never been the type of person to wait for someone else to solve a problem for me. When I need something and it does not exist, I build it. When I cannot afford to hire someone, I learn how to do the work myself.

That mindset is what led me to create Bibbs Technology and MoveDefense.

MoveDefense started with a real problem from my own life. I needed a better way to document my routes, mileage, inspections, stops, fuel, and daily work without relying on piles of paperwork or trying to remember everything at the end of the day. Instead of continuing to complain about the process, I created the tool I needed.

That same approach carries into every area of my life. I have represented myself in legal matters, studied laws and court procedures, handled business filings, worked through tax and payroll requirements, tested software, designed operational systems, and managed several demanding responsibilities at the same time. I do not need to already have the title before I take responsibility for the work. I research, learn, adapt, and become capable of handling what is in front of me.

Resilience is one of my strongest qualities. I have faced financial pressure, legal battles, employment challenges, technical problems, and the responsibility of building a company while continuing to work and provide for my family. I do not pretend those pressures are easy. I simply refuse to let them decide what I am capable of becoming.

I am practical, persistent, observant, and direct. I pay attention to the problems people accept as normal and ask whether there is a better way. My goal is not to create technology just because it sounds innovative. My goal is to create tools that solve real problems, reduce unnecessary work, protect people's records, and give everyday workers and businesses more control.

I do not wait to become qualified by title. I become capable through the work.
