Our mission
Real work. A way in.
Create paid pathways into modern work for young people and overlooked small businesses, with the tools, training, relationships, and support needed to succeed.
Start with work someone already needs.
A buyer has a real assignment. A young person or small business has capability, or can develop it with the right support. Our mission brings those pieces together: useful work, the support to complete it, and a clear path to payment.
Completed work should leave people with income, practical experience, and a record of what they can do.
Who the mission is for
Young people learning practical technology and AI skills. Entrepreneurs in underdeveloped communities, startups, and very small businesses facing barriers to buyers, capital, tools, and contracts. Businesses in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods.
Participation and support depend on the assignment, the person or business, and the requirements of the work.
What the mission puts into practice.
Supervised paid youth work
Young people learn practical technology skills through useful assignments, with adult supervision, training, quality review, and lawful compensation.
The work must be suitable for the participants, with clear expectations and an accountable adult responsible for supervision and review.
A path into work for small businesses
Identify the specific obstacle between a capable business and a real opportunity. Support focuses on needed tools, training, technical assistance, buyer introductions, and help meeting project requirements.
Experience people can carry forward
Keep a clear account of the work performed, skills demonstrated, review received, and result delivered, so the next buyer can understand what someone can do.
Technology serves the mission.
Bibbs Technology makes the tools and delivers the commercial work: business software, system connections, and defined digital projects.
The mission gives that work a purpose: more people able to participate, earn, and demonstrate what they can do.
MoveDefense shows this approach in daily work. Duke applies it to the relationship between a buyer, an assignment, and the person who can deliver.
