How Bibbs Technology LLC handles information for business billing, payment terms, and commercial payment reporting.
Information we collect
We collect business names, business addresses, account identifiers, business contact details, orders, invoices, payment terms, balances, payments, and records used to investigate billing questions. Information comes from you, your authorized representatives, and our transactions with your business.
How we use and disclose information
We use this information to provide services, manage accounts, process payments, collect amounts due, maintain records, and correct errors. We may provide account information to payment processors, accounting and hosting providers, professional advisers, and authorities when necessary for these purposes or required by law.
Commercial payment reporting
When reporting is active for an eligible account, we may report business identification and account payment information to Dun & Bradstreet. Reports may include favorable and unfavorable payment history. Dun & Bradstreet combines reported information with other data for its business information products and services. We may receive trade-program services in exchange for contributing data.
Corrections and privacy choices
Contact us to question an account entry or request correction. California consumers may also request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information, or opt out of its sale or sharing, as applicable. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf.
For an opt-out request, state “Do not sell or share my personal information.” You may submit a request by email, telephone, or mail.

We process requests under applicable law and may verify identity or authority when appropriate. We retain records as needed for the account, accounting and tax obligations, dispute resolution, and other legal requirements. We will explain applicable limits on a request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against someone for exercising privacy rights.

Include your business name, account number if known, and the specific record or request. Do not send Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, or passwords.
